Do I have to pay for the chip bracelet?

Yes, they are sold in the kiosks distributing bracelets at the entry of the main tent at the prize of 10$ taxes included.

Is there an admission fee for the main tent?

No! We want you to get to know our wonderful exhibitors. Apart from a few other exceptions (e.g. cooking classes), all activities at the Foire Gourmande are free!

Can I pay for things without using the chip bracelet?

The ‘braceletteries’ and top-up points accept cash, as well as both debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). However for all transactions made at the exhibitor kiosks or in any of the bars, the chip bracelets are the only accepted method of payment.

What do I do if I lose my bracelet?

Go to one of the bracelet kiosks (braceletterie) in the main tent. If you have registered with Espace Cashless, we will be able to recover your money and show admission and transfer these onto another bracelet.

Do I have to wear the bracelet throughout the event?

Yes! As long as you want to buy things at the Foire Gourmande, you must keep your bracelet on your wrist. And don’t worry, you can still take a shower while wearing the bracelet, it’s waterproof!

Will I be reimbursed for any outstanding credit on the bracelet?

Only those festivalgoers who have registered with Espace Cashless will be reimbursed. The Foire Gourmande will contact all those concerned after the event. Please be aware that any unclaimed credit will be distributed amongst the organisations who participated in the event.

Covid-19

The Foire will respect all Public Health recommendations regarding COVID-19 or any other illness

Reimbursement

The reimbursement platform will be available from August 21st to September 15th, 2023. Reimbursements will be sent after September 15th. If you do not request a reimbursement, your money will help fund the next edition of the Foire Gourmande.

  1. Go to http://foiregourmande.ca/.
  2. Click on the ''Bracelets'' tab.
  3. Go to ''My online wallet'' and click on Accéder à mon compte (in French only). If you do not alreadey have an account, you can create one here.
  4. Fill in the requested information. You will need to enter the number on the back of your chip bracelet and your credit card number. Note: You will need to create a different account using a different email address for each bracelet.
  5. You will receive your reimbursement directly on your credit card after September 15th (to be confirmed)

IMPORTANT : keep your bracelet! You will need to provide your bracelet number to receive your reimbursement.

**You can use this system to receive a reimbursement whether you used cash, a debit card or a credit card for your initial payment.**

Is it possible to have more than one bracelet registered to the same account?

No. Only one bracelet can be linked to a Cashless account.
