It is the owner of the Trèfle Noir Alex Groulx in Rouyn-Noranda who will give the activity on the beers.
The workshop will focus on sour beers. These are beers increasingly popular and diversified. We will learn the differences between sour beer profiles, their manufacture and their provenance with the help of several tastings.
