Photographer and having a passion for cooking, we have seen Max l'Affamé doing cooking shows for the past few years. Among others, he has been on ''Ça commence bien +'' at V télé, Salut Bonjour Weekend and on Zeste for ''Max L'Affamé vous reçoit''.

Yves Moreau

Being the Honorary president of this 16th edition, the chef of the Forestel Hotel in Val-d'Or will be present during the whole weekend to share his love for the agrifood world with exibitors, chefs and visitors.

Yves Moreau will also concoct the BBQ Géant of the satuday August 19th with Mélanie Gérard and Sébastien St-Amour, all members of the Originie Nord-Ouest brigade.

Mélanie Gérard

Chef of Le Muse Gueule in Rouyn-Noranda and member or Origine Nord-Ouest, Mélanie Gérard is one of the three chefs to cook up the Giant BBQ on saturday, August 19th.

You will also see her on stage at the Kitchen in Action.

Sébastien St-Amour

Chef at ''Le Chef en vous'' in Rouyn-Noranda, Sébastien St-Amour is the third chef of the Origine Nord-Ouest brigade to cook for our Giant BBQ.

Thomas Deslauriers

Chef at the Cachottier, in Rouyn-Noranda, Thomas Deslauriers will be on stage at our Kitchen in Action for some demos, as the Battle of chefs from ''À couteaux tirés'' at 7pm on saturday.
